This page explains the information handled by the Worknest Cowork & Learn website. For privacy questions or a request about information you have provided, contact info@worknestchiniot.pk.

Enquiries

The contact form asks for your enquiry topic, name, phone number and message. These details are sent to Worknest so the team can respond. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry and do not include passwords, payment-card information or sensitive documents.

Website operation and security

The hosting and security services process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and timestamps to deliver the website, maintain security and limit abuse. The website uses Hostinger hosting and Cloudflare services. Essential session storage supports forms, security, administrative access and chat.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics, when configured, is optional. The website does not load its analytics tag until you choose to allow analytics. You can decline it or change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer. Enquiry names, phone numbers, email addresses and message text are not included in the website's analytics events.

Chat assistant

The chat assistant provides information about Worknest. Some replies use prepared answers; other questions may be sent to Google's Gemini service for an AI-generated answer. The browser keeps recent chat history in session storage, and the server uses a chat session to maintain the conversation. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information. Chat answers can be incomplete or inaccurate; confirm fees, availability and arrangements directly with Worknest.

External services and links

The site uses external services for styles, fonts and some images. Loading these resources can share technical request information with their providers. A Google map loads only after you choose to load it. Following links to WhatsApp, Google Maps or another external website takes you to a service with its own privacy terms.

Retention and recovery copies

Enquiries and related correspondence are handled by Worknest in its communication systems. Contact Worknest to ask about retention or request correction or deletion. Security logs, sessions and encrypted recovery copies have separate operational lifecycles; deletion from an active system may not immediately remove an older recovery copy.

Private backup integration

When authorised by the owner, the private backup integration stores encrypted website and database recovery copies in an owner-controlled Google Drive folder. It requests access only to files used with that app, plus email identity verification. Its renewal credential is stored privately on the hosting account. The owner can revoke access through their Google Account. The recovery private key is kept separately from the hosting server.

Your choices

You can use the main website without optional analytics. You can manage browser storage, change analytics consent in the footer, contact Worknest about your information, and choose whether to use chat or an external service. Requests may require enough information to identify the relevant correspondence and verify the requester.
